Annual General Meeting on 16 Jan 2011
The current term of Alumni Executive Committee is coming to a close, and we're now recruiting old boys who would like to serve in the committee in the next two-year term. The Alumni has been the bridge between old boys from different years, teachers, Brothers and our Alma Mater. We encourage all enthusiastic old boys to come to this event, and if possible, also consider serving in the Executive Committee and contributing to the well-being of the Alumni and our Alma Mater. In the past two years, we have organized many interesting activities like home-coming concert, football competition, new-year gatherings, birthday parties for Brothers, anniversary banquet, etc. Our Alumni committee always consists of devoted souls from different decades with a diversity of talents and skills, and has been a platform for creativity exchange where synergy comes into play, with all of us sharing one thing in common: the love towards our Alma Mater.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting 2011 of St. Francis
Xavier’s College Alumni Association Limited will be held in the School Hall at St. Francis
Xavier’s College situated at No. 45, Sycamore Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon at 3:30 p.m. on
16th January 2011 for following purpose:
1. To receive and consider the Chairman’s Report;
2. To receive and consider the Statement of Accounts for the financial year ended 1st July
2010 and the Report of the Auditor;
3. To elect the members of Executive Committee (2010-2012);
4. To appoint an auditor;
5. To appoint a legal advisor;
6. To transact any other ordinary business.

Konrad Cup 2011
We're glad to inform you that our alumni team, formed by the top two winning teams in 3rd Konrad Cup, has won the championship on 12 December 2010 in the 2nd Inter-Alumni Soccer Competition, of which the contestants include Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Secondary School, Ming Yin College, St. Stephen's College, Kowloon Technical School, etc. Big cheers to our team members!
Our 4th Konrad Cup will begin on 16 January 2011. If you're interested to join the sweat, cheers and fun, please use this form to register for the competition. The deadline of registration is 5pm 3rd January 2011.
